As the year 2016 is quickly coming to a close I have been remembering all the amazing times and adventures this year has held for me. From a few different jobs, the challenges of the school year, and trying to fit in as many adventures as possible too. I have had a great year filled with amazing memories with friends. This photo here is just one great memory that I have, when I went on my "end of the summer road trip" with my PIC. It was quite the adventure, and thinking of this trip makes me giddy with excitment for what 2017 has in store for us... We had a flight booked to go ICELAND! Cannot be more ecited about this. The photo oportunaties will be amazing and I can't wait to capture all the beauty I can from this next new great adventure :)

Recently, I have been working to try and save a summer camp called Camp Wakonda from being sold. I went here as a camper for years as well as volunteered for a year. At Camp Wakonda I made many life long friends, and some of the best childhood memories any one could ask for. I went out and took photos of the camp to update the social media sites for it in hopes of attracting more campers for the 2015 camp season. Here is a photo of the flag pole with the lake if the background. 

I have finally made it to Australia! The coast is amazing, the beaches are amazing, and the Noosa national park is amazing as well! I am excited for the photo opportunities that I will have here.

This photo is of many memories for the woman that hired me to shoot it. It is a photo of a ceiling with signatures of everyone who has ever been to her house. This lady asked me if I could take a photo of her ceiling, because she is moving, I told her I would try my best. This is what I came up with for her.

I am very happy with the out come and so was she!

I enjoy being able to through my creativity around where I can and have people enjoy it as well. :)

So I have been planning a trip to Africa for a while now. The plans just seem to be getting better and better! In the middle of October I will be off to South Africa for a 4 week conservation and photography program! My newsest plans are now to travel from Africa to Australia before returning home. I plan to be in Australia for another month after Africa and need less to say, I am overly excited about these plans for the fall!

Studying for my last exam... Then patiently awaiting graduation in May. These 2 years of learning all the ins and outs of photography have been awesome. I have enjoyed my time in school greatly, but I think it is safe to say that I am ready to be done with schooling and find education in lessons I will learn living the rest of my life.

I am excited to travle to as many places as I can in the world whether they are big and rich countries, big and poor countries, or all the small town's in Canada. All of in which I hope to photograph at least one series of images to show the rest of the world.

One of my favour snacks right here. Also makes for great subject matter for some scanography! Love all the detail in this type of photography. One of my favourite things I was introduced to this year.
